Moscow. June 24. INTERFAX.RU – Fuel Processing Company JSC (TPK) became the owner of 4F LLC, the operator of the mobile service for paying for gasoline and diesel fuel „Turbo”, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on June 23. TPK gained control over 100% of the charter capital of 4F.

According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system , the previous owners of the company were Gevork Sargsyan (40% share), Petrolcompany LLC (40%), Sferra LLC (10%) and Alexander Gil (10%).

According to the official website of Turbo, the service allows you to purchase fuel in advance to a special account in the application and refuel it at a convenient time. It is available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Tver, Omsk and other cities; gas stations „Gazprom Neft” and EKA are connected to it.
