Moscow. June 24. INTERFAX.RU – The share of non-residents in OFZ in May did not change, as of June 1, 2022 it was 17.7%, as a month earlier, according to the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
This is the minimum level since December 1, 2012 (then their share was 17.4% with an investment of 557 billion rubles). The absolute maximum of the share indicator was recorded on March 1, 2020 – 34.9%. Now it is half the size.
It is expected that in the current conditions, due to restrictions on the sale of securities by non-residents, the volume of their investments in OFZ will not change significantly.
The volume of the OFZ market in May increased by 10 billion rubles, or 0.1%, increasing to 15.633 trillion rubles from 15.623 trillion rubles.
