Moscow. June 24. INTERFAX.RU – The hysteria around the export of grain from Ukraine through the Black Sea ports is artificially inflated, Russia is ready to ensure the free passage of ships with grain, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.

„The hysteria is artificially inflated over the termination of transportation, say, through the Black Sea ports,” Putin said, speaking at the BRICS Plus meeting via videoconference, which is attended by the leaders of several invited states.

He again drew attention to the fact that this grain globally does not solve problems on the world grain market. “But that’s not even the point. I have publicly stated many times and I want to emphasize once again that Russia does not prevent the export of Ukrainian grain from the territory of this country and is ready to ensure the free passage of ships with grain into international waters, if, of course, Ukrainian the military is clearing the ports of shipment and the nearby water area,” the head of state said.
