On July 25, the Moscow Arbitration Court extended the bankruptcy proceedings of Nastyusha Grain Company LLC for six months.
As follows from the ruling of the court posted on the website, the court appointed the next report of the bankruptcy trustee of the company Anton Nikeev for February 17, 2023.
„Nastyusha” was declared bankrupt on February 21, 2018, bankruptcy proceedings were opened against her.
At the beginning of June 2018, the Moscow Arbitration Court declared the ex-general director of Nastyusha Igor Pinkevich insolvent (bankrupt).
On December 19, 2018, the court satisfied the application of the bankruptcy trustee „Nastyusha” to bring Pinkevich to subsidiary liability for the debtor’s obligations. The court then suspended consideration of the issue of the amount of subsidiary liability until the end of settlements with creditors.
Claims for 9.8 billion rubles are included in the register of creditors of the businessman. The largest creditors are Rosselkhozbank (4.81 billion rubles) and ZK Nastyusha LLC (2.29 billion rubles).
