Moscow. June 24. INTERFAX.RU – In the first quarter of this year, state-owned companies signed 423.9 thousand contracts for 3.3 trillion rubles, which in monetary terms is 25% less than the same indicator in 2021. This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on monitoring the application of the law „On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities” (223-FZ).
In total, in the first quarter, state-owned companies placed 266.2 thousand notices of purchases worth 2.2 trillion rubles. This is 5% and 50% less than a year earlier – 279.2 thousand notifications for 4.5 trillion rubles. Such a decrease in the value of purchases is explained by the fact that in the base period (Q1 2021), one customer made a number of large purchases.
Slightly more than half of these purchases, 58%, were carried out by competitive means – 154 thousand notices for 1.7 trillion rubles. Accordingly, 111.7 thousand purchases worth 569 billion rubles were made using non-competitive methods. At the same time, the share of purchases from a single supplier accounted for about 80 thousand purchases for 840 billion rubles.
