Moscow. 4th of July. INTERFAX.RU – PJSC RusHydro received notices from its depositary BNY Mellon about the termination of the agreement and sent an application for delisting receipts from the LSE, the company said.
The company’s statement concerns GDRs and ADRs.
„The appeal of PJSC RusHydro was preceded by a notification from the GDR and ADR depository bank on March 29, 2022 about the resignation of its powers, the measures of PJSC RusHydro to replace the depositary bank for depositary receipts and the refusal of potential successors to act as a new depository bank,” explained in company.
According to the listing rules, the revocation must take effect 21 days from the date of publication of the message.
Earlier it was reported that RusHydro would be one of the companies whose depository programs would be terminated.
RusHydro shares have been traded on the LSE since 2009. The exchange stopped trading in the company’s receipts in early March.
