Moscow. June 24. INTERFAX.RU – The Board of Directors of MTS PJSC has re-elected Felix Yevtushenkov as its Chairman. This was announced by the company following the meeting of the Board, held on Friday.

Yevtushenkov has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of MTS since June 2019. He also holds the post of senior managing partner of PJSC AFK Sistema, is a member of the board of directors of the corporation and heads the board of trustees of the CF Sistema.

Earlier this week, MTS shareholders at the annual meeting approved the decision to include Paul Berryman, who sits on the boards of telecom companies Spark New Zealand and Rain Network Holdings Pty South Africa, to the board of directors.
